Spinning Ketchup

Today I bathed a horse, a dog and a baby. I washed five beds worth of bedding, did eight loads of other laundry, and bought enough food for over one hundred meals. That’s just the beginning of the weekly chores for a family of five. I don’t think this is what the women are doing on all those “Real Houswives” TV shows.

I’m still working at getting better at spinning. I need a drop spindle to make enough yarn for a whole top.

At dinner, Elkin was eating ketchup with her fork. She stuck it in her hair and said, “Elkin soooo pretty.” Time for another bath.
